
Debbie has over two decades of experience in human resources and operations, developing tailored solutions that align strategic objectives for medium and large-scale employers. She holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing and business education and a master’s degree in training and talent development, both from the University of Wisconsin-Stout. Additionally, she has earned her SPHR (Senior Professional in Human Resources) certification. Over the course of her career, Debbie has developed the instinct to pioneer change, from building best-practice DEI functions from the ground up to spearheading post-acquisition integration and business transformation. As a modern, KPI-driven HR leader, she utilizes leading-edge methodologies and people-focused expertise to improve employee engagement and deliver results. In her role at Vertin, Debbie leads the People Services and Facilities and Asset Services functions.
