Where would I be based?
You keep your home as your base. Our travelers go out on assignment with temporary relocation support as needed.
How does the schedule work?
Travelers work a set rotation of days on and days off, scheduled well in advance so you always know what's coming. Rotations vary by assignment — your recruiter can walk you through the options. PTO is separate from your days off.
Who pays for travel and lodging?
Vertin does. Travel, lodging, and assignment expenses are covered.
Do I need a Minnesota license?
Minnesota is a core state in our network, so eligibility for MN licensure is required for all Travelers, and we pay for it if you need it. From there, we'll help you get licensed in any other state your assignments call for, at no cost to you.
Do I choose where I go?
Assignments follow the greatest need. You can expect advance notice, a say in the conversation, and, when it fits, a familiar rotation of locations.
Will I be a full-time associate?
Yes, and then some. This is full-time work with full benefits, plus a built-in way to explore different locations before deciding if you want to put down roots.
